END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MHDRL.COM IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING MHDRL.COM End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and MHDRL Marketing. for the MHDRL Marketing WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("repo manufactured home listings"). By using the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and MHDRL Marketing, (referred to as "licenser"), and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP.

The MHDRL.COM is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP  is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. 
The WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP is licensed as follows: 
(a) Access and Use.
MHDRL Marketing grants you the right toaccess and use  the WEBSITE MHDRL.COM from any computer or web access devises.
(b) Backup Copies.
You may not make copies of the WEBSITE PHOTOS or redistribution or to be placed on another website or publication of any kind, however you may copy them for a customer an/or  to enhance your own sales. The purpose is to aid you in closing more deals. 

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices.
You must not remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarkings on any and all copies of the WEBSITE PHOTOS.
(b) Distribution.
You may not distribute copies of the WEBSITE to third parties.
(c) Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You must not attempt not reverse engineer, decompile, clone or disassemble the WEBSITE.
(d) Rental.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP.
(e) Support Services.
MHDRL Marketing may provide you with support services related to the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP ("Support Services"). Any supplemental support provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. 
(f) Compliance with Applicable Laws.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP.

3. TERMINATION of Eula and cancellation of membership
Without prejudice to any other rights, MHDRL Marketing may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. 

 The WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP is month-to-month paid for access in advance. The fee for each month is due on the 20th unless otherwise noted. auto payments are subject to bank fees outside of our control and the user is responsible for any overdrafts or fees associated with the membership fee paid for by credit card purchase. At any time you may cancel your membership or place on hold by simply calling or writing us. You must notify us us by the 15th of the month in order to avoid a charge for the next month access. You may cancel anytime without penalty, there is no obligation or cancellation fees. SImply cancel before your due date. You may cancel by accessing our cancellation page HERE or at http://www.mhdrl.com/cancel or by emailing  mhdrlmarketing@yahoo.com stating your intentions be sure to use your signup email address or your email may go to spam. You mat also call and talk to us as well.
4. COPYRIGHT
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP and any copies thereof are owned by MHDRL Marketing. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MHDRL Marketing.

5. NO WARRANTIES
MHDRL Marketing expressly disclaims any warranty for the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP. The WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP is provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. MHDRL Marketing does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the WEBSITE. MHDRL Marketing makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. MHDRL Marketing further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall MHDRL Marketing be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP, even if MHDRL Marketing has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will MHDRL Marketing be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. MHDRL Marketing shall have no liability with respect to the content of the WEBSITE MEMBERSHIP or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
